Beeswax Bloom on luxury spiral dinner candles shown in Green and natural unfragranced beeswax

Beeswax Bloom

Have you noticed a delicate, frosty coating on your beeswax candles? That powdery appearance is called bloom, and it's a beautiful natural characteristic of high-quality pure beeswax. Rather than a flaw, bloom is actually a sign of authenticity and purity—much like the aged patina that develops on fine leather or vintage silver, it tells the story of a genuine, time-honored material. If you prefer the look of a shinier candle, simply rub the surface gently with your fingers or a soft cloth to reveal the lustrous finish underneath.  But remember, once removed only time can bring it back (usually a few weeks).
